Wrong address

Ordered and paid for 6 items, they all got packaged seperately why who knows they were all ordered and paid for as 1.and 1 out of 6 managed to make it to me correctly, rang post office they said 1-day is in fault, 1-day is saying the address is correct OBVIOUSLY ITS NOT OR ID HAVE MY STUFF I ORDERED! Help anyone? just want what i paid for gggrrrrr
