Tracking Number Not Working

has anyone else received a dud tracking email? and if so did you eventually get your order? just abit frantic i spent 200$ for my tracking number not to work??? anyone else? 

and yes i have emailed them! which takes 24-48 hours for them to reply.

  Heya, hope you got sorted! Did you receive your order?
  I've just sent an email to them requesting for tracking details for my order last week! Getting a bit worried now 🥴

  I never reived a tracking number. If I use the order number where am I inputting it. There is no link to a company in my confirmation email.

  Yes, my tracking number for nz was wrong as well but the package from oz was tracking but i still ont have any of the goods! got ahold of 1day an now they say it was dilevered? Just a big muck around
